This progressive legal firm is looking for a passionate IT Trainer whom will be the SME for Microsoft 2007 within the business Australia wide. You will have an in-depth understanding of IT and be required to work with the IT Manager on new products that will need to be introduced to the businesses. As part of this role you will be required to induct every new starter and train each staff member on IT procedures and practices. You will be required to run training on new products and will need to gather momentum to ensure participation. This position will suit a strong technical trainer; you will have the ability to cope with a profit environment and be confident, assertive, flexible and need to be a relationship builder. You may be a Helpdesk or System Engineer looking for a change in career and wanting to diversify into training. A Certificate 4 will be advantageous and you will possess strong documentation skills, more importantly you will possess exceptional presentation and communication skills.
