As a change and training manager you will be working closely in collaboration with the project office manager, the commercial manager and the service delivery manager. You will have overall responsibility to ensure that communications, change and training strategies are developed and implemented in accordance with defined project objectives.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Developing and achieving approval of the communications, change and strategies
- Reviewing all project communications materials for quality and alignment with the communications, change and training strategies prior to submission to the project director.
- Liaising closely with Public Affairs and Business Change Managers to identify and develop appropriate communications channels and tactics.
- Provide support and direction to the project office manager, the service delivery manager and the commercial manager across all change, communications and training functions.
- Selecting, engaging and directing training providers in accordance with approved strategies and plans along with charging the user reference panel and facilitating feedback into the project.
