- Extensive Performance testing experience
- Experience designing, building and analyzing scripts and results
- Extensive experience with Performance tools (Loadrunner preferred)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of methodologies
- Experience following best practice benchmarks
- Tertiary Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills
