A great opportunity has presented itself for a talented Infrastructure Manager to join the team on a fixed contract basis. You will be working in the Melbourne CBD as the Subject Matter Expert for the Messaging platform.

You will be required to take ownership of the messaging platform as the architect for design, measurement, capacity planning and be the SME for messaging systems (particularly SMS) in the client's enterprise :

Your day to day responsibilities will require you to be skilled in the following disciplines :

• Architecture : Someone who champions the cost- effective improvements to the existing platform(s) and utilised the SOA framework. The "end-end custodian for messaging", holding final accountability over the platform.
• Lifecycle Management for the messaging product suite(s)
• Team Co-ordinator between engineering, user and business stakeholders
• Delivery Manager :the person who enforces the SLAs for the messaging systems

You will be an excellent people person. Someone who can gather and debate user requirements and programs of delivery in the business, whilst leading a virtual team across the organisation. You will also possess commercial skills and be able to make recommendations to Senior management as part of a roadmap and implementation program.
