Developing multi-tiered web-based applications throughout the whole development lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to come up with solutions present your ideas within an excellent development team environment. You will be a key Technical Lead leading the architecture, design, and coding on a number of exciting web-based projects. Mentoring ????? ????? one of your strengths! 
   
Your skills:    
   

• 5-7yrs+ C#/ASP.Net 2.0-3.5 experience 
  
• HTML, AJAX, Javascript, XML, XSLT 
  
• Strong SQL Server 2005/2008 
  
• Ability to motivate and mentor 3-5 Developers on projects 
  
• Strong architecture and design skills 
  
• Agile and Test-Driven methodologies
