An opportunity now exists to join the Information Technology department in the role of Senior Network Systems Administrator.

Role Responsibilities:
As Senior Network Systems Administrator as part of an Infrastructure team of four staff, you will ensure the smooth running of Dun & Bradstreet's network environment and associated services.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Acting as a Second in Charge to the Infrastructure Manager;
  
• Delivering operational effectiveness of the Microsoft systems environments and resolving problems across Dun & Bradstreet's infrastructure including network, systems, desktop and security service.
  
• Maintaining network availability and system performance by rectifying faults to meet internal Service Level Agreements;
  
• Assisting in the planning, development and deployment of technology and business process solutions;
  Providing technical support to Applications Development.

Role Requirements:
You will be able to demonstrate that you possess:

CISCO CCNA & CCNP Certification;

Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology;

Strong experience in training and mentoring junior infrastructure staff;

Strong client and service orientation, with well developed interpersonal and consulting skills;

Knowledge of and experience with the interactions between infrastructure and application systems;

Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills;

Well developed verbal and written business communication skills;

Project management planning and management capability.
