Our client, a large and complex organisation in the professional services domain is looking to hire a Cisco Consultant for an initial 3 months. Within this role you will be responsible implementation of Cisco IPCCE solution components as per the design, create Cisco IPCCE scripts for testing standard features and functions. You will also be accountable for configuration of Cisco IPCCE solution components as per the technical requirements.
You will be working in a large growing team, utilising cutting edge technology in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Our client is looking for candidates with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with extensive technical skills in the following:
- Experience on Cisco IPCCE 7.X implementation & support.
- Good experience on IPCCE Scripting, IVR scripting.
- Prior experience of supporting Cisco IPCC solution.
- Knowledge of other contact center solutions (Avaya, Genesys)
Skills:
- Experience IPCCE 7.x, Central Controller, AW/HDS, PG, Webview reporting
- VOIP, SIP, H.323, ACD, CTI, IVR, Voice Logger, ISDN, CAS, CCS
- Cisco IP Telephony, CallManager 5.X, 6.X, 7.x
- MGCP, H.323, SIP gateway implementation
Certifications:
- Cisco professional certifications
- IPCCE boot camp training attended
