Our client, a leading software vendor, is seeking a talented and vibrant IT Sales Consultant to join their busy and growing team.
This varied role will see you developing new business opportunities by managing incoming enquiries, cold calling, face to face client meetings, preparing ????? ?????, representing the company at trade shows, and performing demonstrations of the product.
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience selling IT software/solutions OR solution based sales in the retail OR telco industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you are confident performing client presentations and demonstrations and are capable of holding your own in front of key decision makers
- Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated track record in new business development and maximising existing client opportunities through cross-selling
- End to End sales management from initial cold call/enquiry to quotation
- Willingness to travel intra and inter-state (car and travel costs provided) to develop your sales area.
