Program Quality Consultant - PMO

The Program Quality Consultant role is responsible for providing quality standards to ensure that an appropriate level of quality has been applied to the project and overall program.  
Your will be responsible for, and have experience in, the following tasks:   
  • Ensure project quality is maintained at the level that is appropriate for the project. Adherence to PMO guidelines and policies will be verified objectively.  
  • Establish the minimum level of quality via PMO policies, guidelines, and procedures. Specific project requirements may require higher quality levels and shall be documented in the Project Quality Management plan.  
  • Publish and make readily available the businesses policies, guidelines and procedures.  
  • Develop and make available checklists as guidelines in performing quality checks on major project deliverables for each phase of the Project Delivery Life Cycle. PMO checklists shall also be made available during ????? ????? of the integrated project plan.  
  • Conduct QA checkpoints and reviews with the appropriate management approval at major milestones of the Project Development Life Cycle.  
  • Provide recommendations and corrective action plans for each quality review.  
  • Develop and implement quality management procedures into development lifecycle.
