Collateral & Outputs Lead – Retail Transformation

  • 12mth Contract

Join Origin and become part transformation program designed to re-engineer systems and processes across the Origin Retail business and improve operational efficiency & customer experience.

Reporting to the Business Capability Manager Retail Transformation, the purpose of the Collateral and Outputs Lead is to plan and project-manage collateral and invoice schedule deadlines for the program. Specific accountabilities include:

  • Collateral identification of all invoices, contract collateral, customer correspondence and online content
  • Invoice indemnification of different versions and application of business rules as defined in Billing stream Business Process Design Documents (BPDD)
  • Third party vendor approvals for invoice design and layout.
  • Ensure all customer correspondence and invoice deliverables are met on time to ensure go live remains as scheduled (within tight time constraints / deadlines)
  • Scope and develop online and other electronic communications (SMS, email etc.)
  • Manage business readiness for change to process, including:
    • Project-manage collateral schedule and deadlines
    • Collateral design and layout
    • Support BAU in managing mail house relationships
  • Manage program timelines around collateral deliverables
  • Collate all current customer outputs and collateral
  • Contribute to and collate all future outputs from Business Process Design Documents (BPDD)
  • Complete collateral templates for design and layout of new or changed collateral
  • Manage the challenges of time constraints of tight deadlines in a project environment

To be successful within this role you will have strong communications & documentation experience, ideally gained within a transformation program. Your stakeholder management and leadership qualities are exceptional and you thrive in a role that is results and deadline driven. Tertiary qualifications within business, communications or related discipline will be advantageous.
