A world-leading financial services organisation is seeking experienced Desktop Support Technicians to join their team. The core responsibility of this role is to diagnose hardware and software faults on PC and server equipment. To be successful in this role, you will: - have 2 years experience in Desktop Support, preferably within a corporate environment - have demonstratable experience in supporting Windows XP/Vista/Office 2003 & 2007 - have the ability to install and configure desktop computers and printers - have exceptional communication skills - have a commitment to providing outstanding customer service - have proven abilities to diagnose hardware and software faults - have demonstratable experience in an SLA driven environment - attention to detail! An MCP, MCDST or MCSE will be favourably regarded. This is an exciting project based role that will involve both Desktop Support duties as well as a Migration of users across from XP to Vista and Office (??) ???? ????.
