Whilst working in this Team Lead role you will be responsible for; leading and building the Desktop Services Team, Coordinating staff, Managing SLA's as well as providing hands on first and second level telephone and on-site Helpdesk Support. This is a great opportunity to manage, grow and mentor a successful team and guide your career in the right direction!

     

    To be successful in this role you need:

     

    • Desktop Support Team Leadership experience
    • Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support experience
    • Staff management experience
    • Microsoft Desktop and Server experience
    • Windows Admin Skills including Exchange
    • Tertiary Qualifications
    • Outstanding communication skills
