Whilst working in this Team Lead role you will be responsible for; leading and building the Desktop Services Team, Coordinating staff, Managing SLA's as well as providing hands on first and second level telephone and on-site Helpdesk Support. This is a great opportunity to manage, grow and mentor a successful team and guide your career in the right direction!
To be successful in this role you need:
- Desktop Support Team Leadership experience
- Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support experience
- Staff management experience
- Microsoft Desktop and Server experience
- Windows Admin Skills including Exchange
- Tertiary Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills
