What are we looking for?
We need applicants to have at least 3 years of industry experience in Software Support and System Administration. You will have general experience in Support of Software Applications, and a good background in Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2000/2003, SQL Server 2000/2005, and Remote Access. The ability to communicate clearly to clients both internally and externally is paramount to this role. Candidates that have worked with an Asset Management system and/or GIS web based applications will be held in high regard.
What will your responsibilities be?
As one of the key members of this team, you will be required to administer and support the entire IT Infrastructure for this client and the associated Web based applications. Your primary responsibilities will include Level 1-2 internal IT Support, Desktop and Server Maintenance, Software Deployment and Configuration and Application testing.
