Service Desk Operator Level 1 & 2 Support Technical Experience If you are looking for an exciting....new environment....dynamic team....fantastic opportunities...then read on ! My client who is based in the South Eastern suburbs is looking for a new person to come and join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract with view for extension. The success candidate will need to have experience in the following criteria below. - Minimum 2+ year Helpdesk experience - Level 1 & 2 support for logging, investigation, monitoring ????? ????? of incidents and requests - Experience working in large environments preferably ITIL environment - Excellent experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: MS Outlook, MS Exchange - Must have outstanding Customer Service skills and be able to engage with people of all levels - Must have experience in call ????? ????? such as Remedy, Heat, HP Openview, advantageous if have used Service Manager 7 - Communication skills must be of excellent standard this is essential
