Our client, a large and complex organisation in the professional services domain is looking to hire an Business Systems Support Analyst for an initial 6 months. Within this role you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the clients operational and development mid-range computing environments.  
You will be working in a large growing team, utilising cutting edge technology in a fast paced and dynamic environment.    
Our client is looking for candidates with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with extensive technical skills in the following:  
Essential  

• College diploma or university degree in the field of business systems, computer science or management information systems OR 2 years related work experience.  
  
• Experience in the deployment, configuration and support of new or enhanced IT systems.  
  
• Experience in the creation and execution of test plans.  
  
• Practical technical knowledge of SQL programming languages.  
  
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.  
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.  
  
• Strong customer service orientation.  
  
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.  
  
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, delivery focused environment.  
  

  
Desirable  

• Experience with website development.  
  
• Experience with retail POS and Back Of House systems.  
  
• Working technical knowledge of object orientated programming languages.  
  
• Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
