SENIOR STORAGE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION....

Our client, due to internal growth, on-going and up and coming Projects is looking to bring ????? ????? a very technically savvy Senior Storage Engineer.  
This is a Senior position working alongside the Storage/Backup Line Manager.   
This position will include providing Technical Administration and Support for our clients shared Storage Infrastructure including SAN, NAS, and related SAN Switching/Routing Infrastructure.   
This will also include the installation, configuration, provisioning, monitoring, measurement and capacity planning of our clients Storage environment.   
Being a Senior position you will also be providing Technical expertise to the Operations Group, Infrastructure Architect Group and the Project Management Group regarding SAN, Storage, NAS and Back-up Technologies.   
   
To be considered for this position, our client is looking for a person who has:   

• Experience with SAN connectivity & set-up for Windows, ideally but not necessarily UNIX, UNIX-like and other Mid-range Platforms.  
  
• Experience with Brocade SAN FC switches & routers, or equivalent.  
  
• Experience with Sun StorageTek or equivalent.  
  
• Ideally having a working knowledge of: Netapp and SUN.  
  
• Ideally having an understanding of Data Replication Technologies.  
  
• An overall extensive understanding and working knowledge of: SAN, Storage & NAS is a must.  
  
• Also having a deep understanding of: Change, Configuration Mgt, Capacity Planning, Back-up Systems, Infrastructure Design, Network Design, Performance Measurement & Monitoring ????? ????? be highly regarded.
