To provide consulting support to various Accenture projects. Consultants help create client’s key strategic operational and business systems.
As a Technical Architect – Telecommunications your key responsibilities may include:
- Supervising process and functional design activities
- Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
- Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
- Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
- Driving test planning and execution
You will be able to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Recognised University Degree
- Experience in component architecture, custom delivery methods, Java, J2EE, .NET Platform, platform technologies, service oriented architectures (SOA)
- Engineering trained
- Background or experience in architecture or technical implementation work
- Familiar with Windows 2003 server, Microsoft AD, AIX server, networking, java architectures
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
