We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide expertise in business requirements, training and presenting to clients, product support, analysis, coordination and reporting and managing and mentoring ????? ????? Analysts.
Essential skills and experience necessary for the role:
- Broad understanding and experience in the Utilities Industry
- Extensive experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience working with Velocity billing software
- Strong analytical skills;
- The ability to guide and direct software development teams through SDLC - so a technical background is desirable;
- Tertiary Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiating and time management skills are
