CRM Systems Support
- CBD Location - Relaxed and Friendly environment - Varied role with stability A reputable CBD based institution seeks the services of a Systems Support specialize to provide efficient administration and operational maintenance of a CRM system. This is a varied role that will keep the successful incumbent challenged! More about the role… - Administer all aspects of the CRM system, including g configuration and maintenance
- Report on system defects to the vendor for timely resolution
- Be the subject matter expert for the system, including process change development, manual creation and training as required
- Support and train users on the systems functionality
- Write specifications on new functionality based on business requirements – and liaise with the vendor through this development process
- Support other systems, including knowledge management system, web content amongst others
You must have the following skills and experience in order to excel in this role… - Solid experience with a variety of systems, including administration and maintenance
- Ideally you will have experience in CRM systems support and administration
- Demonstrated IT skills in MS suite of products and enterprise databases
- Experience in web development and HTML, CSS and XML advantageous
- Reporting tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports etc is highly regarded
- Ability to develop reports from data in various systems, including CRM, to be presented to senior management
- Experience within a dynamic environment, and previous contribution to process changes
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills
