Business Analyst

The main functions for the Business Analysts are to review and manage processes impacted to the business from a large implementation of metering ????? ????? for the AMI program within this respected Utilities firm. As such you will provide analysis and process definition to ensure successful delivery of the program. Key Accountabilities - Assist in the deployment of the business services
- Business Process Mapping
- Promotion of QA standards in Service Delivery
- Collation of Risk and Issue Registers
- High level documentation of key processes
- Review, understand and provide input to the scope of the project
- Provide regular status reports to the AMI Program Manager / AMI Program Director.
Essential skills: - Solid business analysis experience - functional
- Experience with business processes and business change
- Solid exposure within the Utilities sector is highly advantageous
- Highly developed communication skills, including presentation skills and report writing targeting all levels of management.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, prepare process designs and define suitable solutions
- Enterprise wide process modelling is advantageous
- Ability to create functional specifications
- Tertiary or like qualifications is highly desired.
