Our client, who is a leading Australian Insurance organisation is looking for Mid to Senior Business Analysts to work within their Project Management Office.

You will have:

• At least 5 years commercial experience as a BA
• Analysis focused and have worked through the project lifecycle
• Possess exceptional requirements gathering ????? ?????
• Be focused on managing projects end to end, building, testing and deployment
  Committed to thinking outside the square and questioning why analysis is been conducted and the financial value embedded

You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and be comfortable selling the process/project to the business and technology, you will be required to influence and negotiate with Senior Managers and recommend final solutions. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure and confident that you can really add value to the project.

Successful candidates will either possess:

• Be six sigma qualified or worked with Prince2 methodology
• Have experience, process modelling, hypothesis testing, UML, and data gathering ????? ?????
  Exceptional communication and presentation skills
