Reporting to the National Sales Manager this is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their growing career! In this exciting role you will be responsible for developing and delivering ????? ????? sales strategy for personal insurance which will focus on retention of current clients and the development of new sales and marketing opportunities.
Your ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships is essential to your success in this role. You will have highly developed commercial skills with strong integrity, while maintaining high standards of customer service. With a proven background in Business Development ideally within insurance or financial services you will hold excellent communication skills which will see you winning business from day one. As a proven sales negotiator you will thrive in this role where you are able to generate new business opportunities and strategically win business for the long term.
