Our client is an emerging organisation with over 10 years experience within the Australian market. With continued success and recent acquisitions they are continuing to grow and become a dominant market player within their field. Providing general insurance for the SME market they ensure that they are specialist's within their field and provide a personalised service at all times. Due to the success of their Melbourne team they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow their client base.

Working with the State Manager this exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Insurance professional to join a progressive organisation and further develop their career. If you are looking for career progression then this is the role for you!! Liaising with clients throughout Metropolitan Melbourne you focus will be on developing and delivering ????? ????? strategies for commercial insurance. You will achieve this by working with existing clients as well as developing your client base and acquiring ????? ????? throughout your territory. You will work closely with Account Brokers and businesses directly to determine what level of cover is required for their businesses and in turn this will see you achieving your targets.

The successful candidate will be PS146 qualified and experienced in Insurance sales at a commercial business level. This opportunity will allow you to use your energy and bring ????? ????? ideas to the table within this upcoming organisation where they seek contribution from their sales team. Naturally, you will have a flair for establishing rapport and building solid relationships which will see you growing your client portfolio.
