E-Learning Instructional Designer position..

South Eastern location also being walking distance from public transport.

Our client being a very well known and leader within their sector is looking to introduce into their company an E-Learning Instructional Designer.
This position will be responsible for designing & delivering ????? ????? across a variety of assignments that include: IT Systems, New Products, Staff & Management Development programs.
Working alongside subject matter experts & management across all levels you will need to be able to select the right approach, refine learning specifications, develop storyboards & work closely with course developers to guide them to deliver on time.
You will also play a major part in continuing to build a team that is going to deliver impressive & innovative training.

To be considered for this fantastic position my client is looking for:

A person with at least 1 years experience developing eLearning and blended courses.

Demonstrated experience in storyboarding, ideally possessing a portfolio of work or templates to show.

Ideally having broad experience across different industries such as corporate, retail, IT, manufacturing.

Previous experience with Instructional Design methodologies.

Having the ability to deliver what is designed/created.

Having the ability to look at a business, analysing the requirements that are needed in moving forward for Management & employee Training.

A person who also has the personality and proven experience fitting into a diverse team environment also being able to mentor and guide more junior employees.
