You will be a driven and motivated experienced B2B sales person, or a high achieving graduate with a min of two years commercial experience who is looking to make a move into the world of recruitment.
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will require excellent communication skills, lots of drive and enthusiasm and be motivated to work in a high- targeted sales environment. You will need to be a strong team player, be confident as well as having a money hungry approach to hitting all your sales targets.
A recruitment consultant is responsible for developing new business through business to business sales and relationship building as well as, management of existing client accounts. A recruitment consultant's role is demanding and diverse, involving:
- Using marketing and business knowledge to build a client base
- Sales canvassing to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements
- Taking responsibility for your client's recruitment lifecycle from identifying a need to reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering ????? ????? shortlists;
