You are a personable, capable and friendly administrator looking to join our dynamic Human Resources team based in Fitzroy. You have previous recruitment experience, are the champion of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism. You will provide an efficient, timely, accurate, and client oriented service to various departments.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager and working with a team of HR professionals, you will be involved in all aspects of HR including end to end recruitment, HR help desk, consultancy support, reward and recognition programs, administration and reporting, ad hoc projects, process improvements and dealing with general enquiries. This is a great chance to build your generalist skill set as you will have constant interaction with skilled HR practitioners who will provide you with continual advice and training.

You have outstanding personal presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. You are a MS Office wizard with the ability to juggle multiple projects, people, processes and customers. You prioritise the relationships and the social cohesiveness of the team.

You possess the following:
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
• HR administration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite
