We are looking to get on board a switched on and motivated resourcer to cover the New Business team. This role is hard work, but it is rewarding and is a great first step in your recruitment career.
Working in a resource pool you will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the New Business team
- Screening Candidates via phone
- Placing Advertisements
- Conducting searches on our database
- Generating leads
- Administration
- Conducting Reference Checks
To be successful in this role you will need to posses the following:
- Customer Service background
- An interest in the IT sector
- Sales experience
- Switched on, motivated and excellent communication skills
