A challenging opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Coordinator to join an enviable global FMCG organisation. Reporting directly to the HR Manager you can develop your talents in a fun and friendly team. Based On site in the South Eastern suburbs your key responsibilities will include managing an end to end recruitment process, overseeing employee inductions and running HR related components of induction, administering ????? ????? moves and system/compliance related activities, providing interpretation of awards, policies and procedures and providing general counselling and support to all employees. In addition you will manage the training provider and related expenses and provide general liaison in day-to-day industrial relations issues.

To make your mark and be successful you will need to possess superior organisational and time management skills, have previous experience in a Senior HR role and the ability to supervise and lead others. In addition Manufacturing/FMCG experience is preferred. You will have effective communication both written and verbal, a sound working knowledge of MS Office, be able to work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
