Reporting to a highly experienced, personable and energetic Human Resources Manager, and supported by a small team, this classic generalist, hands-on, 2IC role should appeal to and up and coming Human Resources professional looking to develop and further their career.

 

To be considered, you will ideally have around 3 years post-graduate experience honed within the industrial/manufacturing ????? ????? possess the following skills and experience: 

• A working knowledge of HRIS / Payroll systems.
• A sound understanding of Workcover, Worksafe, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• An understanding of Quality Management Systems/Environmental Management Systems.
• Experience with Employment/Enterprise Agreements.
• Sound computer (Microsoft) skills with the ability to develop administrative and analytical reports.  Strong research and report presentation skills at all levels.
• Mediation / Conflict Resolution / Counselling exposure. 

Naturally your written and verbal communication is first class and as a HR professional your interpersonal and negotiation skills are also well developed.
