To be considered, you will ideally have around 3 years post-graduate experience honed within the industrial/manufacturing ????? ????? possess the following skills and experience:

A working knowledge of HRIS / Payroll systems.

A sound understanding of Workcover, Worksafe, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

An understanding of Quality Management Systems/Environmental Management Systems.
-
Experience with Employment/Enterprise Agreements.

Sound computer (Microsoft) skills with the ability to develop administrative and analytical reports. Strong research and report presentation skills at all levels.

Mediation / Conflict Resolution / Counselling exposure.
Naturally your written and verbal communication is first class and as a HR professional your interpersonal and negotiation skills are also well developed.
