  • The Opportunity
    The Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research (ISCRR) has been established as a centre of excellence by WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission, partnered by Monash University. It is a multidisciplinary institute that aims to facilitate research and best practice that improves outcomes in relation to injury prevention, rehabilitation and compensation practice.

    The expected research activities of the institute include: Occupational Health and Safety; Compensation Practice; Health Outcomes and Rehabilitation/Vocational Management for Return to Work; and Epidemiology and Biostatistics.

    The Senior Project Manager is a key position within this newly developed and growing institute, and is responsible for two key functions of the institute. These are: (1) development and management of the core data platform supporting many of the institute's research activities; and (2) management of the institute's project management team. The position leads a small team of two. The role requires substantial interaction with the ISCRR's core funding and research partners.
