Organisational Change Consultant

Our client, a leading Government Department is seeking a senior organisational change consultant to assist them with a number of large change projects they are due to embark on.
Sitting within the organisational development division this role will focus on major organisational change projects, culture change projects, transformation projects and leadership development projects.
The scope of this role will range from initial conception of change strategies to implementation and facilitation across the entire organisation.
Previous experience in a similar OD/Change role, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills are a must. Relevant qualifications and experience in the IT industry would be preferred but not essential.
