    • This is an amazing opportunity for a talented Spa Manager to join a leading luxury Melbourne hotel. The day spa operation caters to an exclusive clientele of in-house hotel guests and external clients and focuses primarily on massage and beauty therapies. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of the spa's treatment rooms and the gym and spa facilities. You will possess excellent communication skills and be a highly organised individual with the ability to manage a small yet busy operation.

    The Spa utilises a range of high end luxury products (La Prairie) and you will possess a strong background ideally in beauty and massage therapy disciplines. Managing a team of up to 15 associates, we are looking for an individual who can inspire and motivate the team to achieve results. A commercial focus to ensure the Spa meets and exceeds revenue expectations will be a primary focus of your role.
