The Club requires a
professional and
experienced HEAD chef that
must:
Have relevant
qualifications with
experience in a similar role,
ideally within the Yarra
Valley.
Have the ability to design
and plan innovative and
practical menus that service
cafe/snack style through to
a la carte dining that result
in consistent quality
outcomes.
Be able to build and lead a
team of dedicated
professionals including the
development of apprentice
positions.
Proven experience in
budgeting with particular
attention to managing and
delivering ????? ?????
cost results.
A thorough understanding
of the systems required to
ensure adherence to food
safety and OH&S
regulations.
