This role requires strong management, organisational and judgement skills.
Priority:
- Assess the staff strengths and delegate them to the section best suited for their skills.
- Direct the staff about the processes and procedures that need to be followed to ensure all tasks are completed over a cycle.
- “Partner” and “Mentor” with staff in the performance of their job roles for practical reasons.
The key to this role is to maintain a strong presence in the front of store, and to effectively manage, delegate and supervise other tasks that are carried out in all other areas of the store.
You will need to be a leader, set the example, supervise and oversee the full range of front of store operations.
If you have worked in a high profile Pharmacy banner group this will suit you.

To be successful you will need to have:
A successful employment history Managing a Retail Pharmacy Front of Shop.
Completed Guild Certificate 3 Retail or equivalent qualification.
