At Actif - The Corporate Health arm of the Back In Motion Health Group, we are in the process of scouring the globe for an experienced Physiotherapist / Ergonomist / Occupational Therapist with experience in occupational or corporate health.
Actif – largely an onsite OHS physiotherapy service provider are looking for someone who is passionate about the opportunity that exists in the onsite physiotherapy / corporate health market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their career.
Primarily you will be responsible for leading a small team and undertaking business development. With the scope of services currently offered we have multiple different channels and opportunities to promote the business and grow your team.
• Onsite Physiotherapy
• Manual handling assessments and training
• Ergonomic Assessments and training
• Worksite Assessments
• Functional Capacity Evaluations
• Pre employment screenings
• Health & wellness related services
It is essential you :
- Have excellent presentation skills and problem-solving abilities
- Can lead a small team of people
- Highly skilled in time and resource management
- Can build rapport and establish good working relationships
- Strong customer and outcome focus
- Have excellent written communication skills
- Are self motivated and driven.
It is highly desirable you have a good working knowledge of:
- Manual handling,
- Corporate Health
- Workcover
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Legislative councils, groups and organizations
