    An exciting opportunity exists to lead the development of Melbourne Citymission’s quality systems, risk and compliance frameworks.   Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability in positively influencing change will see you working closely with Board and Executive Quality Committees in continuing to build a culture that supports a focus on continuous quality improvement and proactive risk management. You will also work collaboratively with services and business units to ensure all areas of our operations are focused on continuous quality improvement and effectively manage risk and regulatory compliance.

    To be successful you must have an appropriate tertiary qualification and demonstrated experience in the management and development of quality and risk management systems, preferably within a multidisciplinary health and human services environment.
