Located in Richmond, Fitness2live is an online health and well being company within the McKesson Asia Pacific group of companies. We provide online and onsite health services to our clients – Employers, health and life insurers, government and community groups. Our services include health risk appraisal, self managed programs, tailored dietary and physical activity plans and a vast array of articles and tools.

We currently have a vacancy for a dynamic Account Manager to look after all aspects of service management and support to both new and existing clients. This is a great opportunity to expand your commercial experience providing exceptional service delivery of our innovative health programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordination of service launches and promotions
• Marketing support and client communications
• Ensuring ????? ????? of contractual obligations to clients
• Data analysis and reporting
• Development of services, costings and proposals
• Research and program development

You will have sound experience in a similar service delivery role with exceptional client management and communication skills. You will have project management experience and knowledge of health promotions and campaigns. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to develop effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders and the ability to develop procedures for data entry and analysis. It is essential that you have a health related tertiary degree or equivalent workplace experience.
