A national aged care provider is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to help manage a newly refurbished 140 bed facility in Waverly Gardens. The facility had been going through some major changes with regards to opening the new wing of this large facility.

The role will be reporting directly into the facility manger, who needs your knowledge and skills in aged care to help guide the team. With being a large facility you will be one of two care Coordinators responsible for the care team and the ongoing management of the residents.

The role requires:
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in clinical nursing
• Good communication skills with a highly developed understanding of client care needs
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent IT and procedure development skills

The successful candidate will have:
• Registration as a Division 1 Nurse
• High quality clinical and care skills
• Residential facility experience
