The NP model in Palliative Care is being progressed across Victoria by the DoH. An exciting new role and opportunity has been created at St Vincent's for a NPCPC in the Caritas Christi PCCS. Suitably qualified Division 1/Grade 2 Registered Nurses committed to the NP model, with experience in Palliative Care, are encouraged to apply.
As the successful applicant you will be enrolled in a relevant Masters Program that will prepare you to present to the Nurses Board of Victoria for endorsement for Nurse Practitioner, Palliative Care status within 3 years, or be committed to enrolling by 2010.
