A fabulous opportunity exists within a leading private hospital group in inner Melbourne for a highly experienced Operating Suite/Recovery who is keen to progress

Located in Melbournes east, this hospitals facilities house two Operating Suites, a day surgery, and a  day oncology unit in addition to its Medical /Surgical and Oncology wards.

Naiman Clarke are seeking an enthusiastic nurse unit manager who has great leadership qualities and an innovative approach.
This role requires a dynamic, highly motivated manager to play an integral role in the leadership and management of the Operating Suite/Recovery within the hospital.

The successful and most ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and will have demonstrated leadership skills.
Sound clinical knowledge and experience is essential along with a strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes.
You will lead by example with highly developed interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Essential:
Registered nurse holding current registration with Nurses Board of Victoria.
Extensive relevant clinical experience 
Ability to manage departmental budget targets
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated Quality and Risk management
A strong customer focus
Holding tertiary qualifications in peri-operative nursing

Desirable:
Previous experience in a Management position.
