A fabulous opportunity exists within a leading private hospital group in Adelaide for a CSSD or Peri-Operative Specialist who is keen to progress!
This private hospitals state of the art facilities accommodates 6 operating theatres, critical care, sleep studies and rehabilitation.
Naiman Clarke is seeking an enthusiastic nurse manager who has great leadership qualities and an innovative approach.
This role requires a dynamic, highly motivated manager to be responsible for the provision of safe systems and practices within the boundaries of relevant legislation, professional standards and Hospital policy, procedures and guidelines.
The successful and most ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position and will have demonstrated leadership skills.
Sound experience is essential along with a strong commitment to stakeholder service and quality outcomes.
You will lead by example with highly developed interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Essential:
Registered nurse holding current registration with Nurses Board of South Australia
Extensive technical experience in CCSD/Peri-Operative
Demonstrated ability to manage departmental budget targets
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated Quality and Risk management
A strong customer focus
Desirable:
Previous experience in a Management position.
Holding or working towards tertiary qualifications applicable to the position.
