Naiman Clarke is seeking a senior registered nurse who has great leadership qualities and an innovative approach with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience
This role requires a dynamic, highly motivated RN to carry out the clinical management of a busy level 3 ICU facility, caring ????? ????? Cardiothoracic patients
Essential:
Registered nurse holding current registration with Nurses Board of Victoria.
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in ICU
Demonstrate an ability to manage departmental budget targets.
Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong customer focus.
Desirable:
Previous experience in a Management position.
Holding or working towards tertiary qualifications applicable to the position.
