You are motivated and ready to work in a supportive environment with a strong commitment to professional development. Our 44 bed psychiatric inpatient unit includes 6 High dependency beds.

As an experienced RPN, you may have experience in Acute Psychiatry coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills. You prioritise the relationships and the social cohesiveness of the team, and deliver outstanding patient care. You will work closely with the medical and multidisciplinary teams to achieve a positive outcome for all patients and their families.

The department is a pilot site for Victoria’s Creating Safety project, not to mention a wealth of other quality initiatives.
