A current vacancy exists for a Shift Manager on night shift. In this challenging role you will be in charge of other staff and responsible for the delivery of care to mental health clients. You will need to be self directed and motivated, and able to work within an environment that often has competing needs and demands.

The position is full time, however, part time applicants should not be discouraged from applying.

The Swanston Centre Acute Unit, located at the Geelong Hospital site, is a 24-bed facility providing inpatient care to adults experiencing an acute mental illness. It endeavours to provide optimum treatment and care to patients in the least restrictive manner that is of the highest possible standard.
