Clinician/case manager

 

We are seeking an experienced clinician, to join our Early Psychosis Service. The Early psychosis service provides clinical case management to individuals aged between 16 and 25 experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

The position requires clinical case management experience, and a significant understanding of working with individuals and their carers, where the individual has a first episode of psychosis. The right applicant will possess excellent clinical and communication skills and will be able to bring ????? ????? skills to this team.

The Early Psychosis Service is a major component of the Box Hill YAMHS (Young Adult Mental Health Service) which also provides Early Intervention Services to Primary Care Providers.
