An opportunity to be part of & contribute to a Rehabilitation Leadership Team has arisen in Barwon. The management team is incredibly dedicated & passionate about its mission & values. If you too are passionate about leading exceptional services & growing active health intervention, health promotion & delivery of evidence based practice, then this is the job for you.
You will be responsible for developing strong links to other providers including local government, community health & welfare & have the capacity to grow services, influence local policy & attract funding through innovative programs. To be successful in this role you will have:
•Expertise & experience in the strategic development & delivery of mental health services
•Excellent oral & written communication
•A proven track record of collaborative & supportive management
•Competence in a range of management disciplines including HR, Finance, Strategy & Planning
•A relevant Tertiary qualification
•Strong networking skills
•Be improvement focused & innovative
