To shine in this Clinical Care Coordinator role, you will be able to demonstrate good people management skills whilst leading by example. Your ability to prioritize and delegate tasks and resources will allow you to govern the quality of care that is provided. Your influencing skills to lead through change and continuos quality improvement will provide you with a solid foundation for success in this role. Previous aged care experience in a leadership role is important as well as a practical working knowledge of ACFI and its application. Current Division 1 Registration is essential.
