We are looking for a quality Division 1 Nurse and manager to take on this great role as the Director of Care. You will be responsponsible for the overall running of the facility including clinical management, staffing and ACFI management, as well as providing leadership to the team tha you build and develop. You will be well versed in the aged care standards, a strong leader and be able to support your staff while still making the tough decisions often required in this type of role.

You will :-

- Be experienced in Aged Care standards and accreditation
- Preferably a Division 1 Nurse with extensive aged care experience
- Possess quality interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to set strategy, lead a team and manage change
