This stunning new facility is located close to the city and provides high, low and extra care services. Combined with the responsibility of the day to day running of the facility, you will be highly focused on delivering ????? ????? level of care to residents and ongoing training and development of staff. As the intake of residents continues, you will have the opportunity to develop sound policies and procedures to ensure quality of care is provided at all times.


This role will suit a highly motivated and experienced aged care nurse with strong communication and IT skills. Ideally you will have being involved in the commissioning of a facility, but this is critical. Essential criteria include:

• Registered Division 1 Nurse with aged care experience
• Demonstrated understanding of ACFI and process development
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop staff
