The ability to lead the team by demonstrating hands on clinical expertise, combined with your ability to be conceptual and strategic is essential for this role.

In order to lead this facility, you will:

• Have current Nursing Registration
• Have a genuine passion for Aged Care
• Demonstrate experience in the Aged Care accreditation process
• Have the ability to manage a budget
• Have strong people management and leadership skills
